Sean wears many (very fashionable) hats at Elements—he is an Aveda-certified educator in both color and professional development, an artistic director and our guest services manager. In addition to being a leader, he enjoys his time behind the chair connecting with guests and creating natural-looking, dimensional color. He loves the beauty industry because it allows him to use his creativity, build relationships and gives him the flexibility to spend time with his husband, Erik and their two dogs Wini and Willow.
